Environmental Modeling Services
Environmental models are used to predict future effects of certain activities, such as groundwater withdrawal and contamination transport in groundwater and air. Computer models are also used to recreate conditions to predict what may have happened in the past.

Models may be an effective tool to evaluate responsible parties, predict future contaminant transport in groundwater, design appropriate monitoring frequency, evaluate potential effects of groundwater withdrawal, and evaluate and design appropriate remedial measures.

When presenting technical issues to regulators or to the courts, computer models can be a powerful tool; when used properly. As with any computer program, the output is only as good as the input. The Dragun Corporation uses a multi-disciplinary approach so our computer models are much more than just data output. Our staff of engineers, hydrogeologists, soil chemists, and environmental scientists work together to provide meaningful data input for models so the output is reliable and defensible.
